The moon can only be full because most of the time it is not.

There would be no high tide without low tide.

Good days only exist in the wake of bad ones.

Love, joy, and connection can only fill your heart at the cost of pain, loss, and isolation.

The oscillation is what creates meaning.

This perspective helps me see and accept life and the people around me in a more present and contented way.

It's a reminder to fully love and embrace the good things and people in your life while they're there, and to not grip too tightly as they drift away.
